We collect information you provide directly to us, including your name, phone number, email address, farm location (village, district), crop types, and farm size when you create an account.

We automatically collect certain usage data when you use our app: device identifiers, IP addresses, app activity logs, crash reports, and GPS coordinates (only when you grant location permission for weather and market features).

We may collect farm photos you upload for the AI Crop Doctor feature. These images are processed to provide disease diagnosis and are not used for marketing purposes.

We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve our services, including weather forecasts personalized to your farm location, crop advisories tailored to your crops, and market price alerts for commodities you grow.

We use aggregated, anonymized data to train and improve our AI models. Individual farmer data is never used to train models without anonymization.

We may send you push notifications, SMS alerts, and emails about weather events, price movements, and service updates. You can opt out of these at any time through the app settings.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We may share your information with: (a) service providers who help us operate the platform (cloud hosting, analytics, payment processing); (b) government authorities when required by law; (c) other parties with your explicit consent.

If you use our expert consultation feature, your farm details may be shared with the agronomist you consult, who is bound by confidentiality obligations.

We implement AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Our servers are hosted in India, compliant with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

We conduct quarterly security audits and penetration testing. In the event of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you within 72 hours as required by law.

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your account and data, withdraw consent for specific processing activities, and nominate a representative for data decisions.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.
